This was a set of 4 small humorous tape cassette
labels inside plastic cases. Instead of containing a mini-cassette
tape, they came with gum inside the case. These were art-directed
for Topps by MAD magazine co-editor Nick Meglin. Unlike Wacky
Packages, these labels were not spoofs of specific products or
recording groups. The four titles were:
Each of
these original pencil drawings or color roughs was created by
John Pound for Topps' 1989 mini-cassettes series. (The
finished art is not available.) They are one of a kind, subject
